Rejuvenated Exterior.

This couple had a simple request…low maintenance plants and a cleaner look for their home. With a simple design, we will replace the unkept shrubs for low maintenance limelight hydrangeas. These were specifically chosen to pop against the dark gray siding.

Then, we will enclose the foundation of the porch with plank boards for instant curb appeal. The boards will be painted white to lighten the home and create seamless lines from the porch.

To keep the budget low, we kept the couples’ original porch furniture and will add new cushions, pillows, and a rug to brighten the space. They really wanted a cozy place to sit and soon the space will be functional and inviting. To finish the front, we will swap the old light fixtures for bronze lanterns and update the ceiling fans for maximum cooling during hot summers.
