INSTANT CURB APPEAL

One of our favorite projects was restoring this broken building located in Nacoochee Village right outside Helen, Georgia. Our goal was to create a welcoming feel to a space that had been sitting vacant for years. Since it would be an event venue with lots of guests, we knew we wanted places for people to gather together and be comfortable sitting outside. So, we restored both outdoor decks with new boards and paint, added contrasting trim on doors and windows. Then in order to soften the feel, we included multiple flower pots with low maintenance and mainly evergreen plants. Creating balance for both sides of the venue had us choosing the water-resistant pillows and sturdy outdoor furniture to finish the look.
