When we began this project, our clients desired to have a safe place for their boys to hang out while fishing at their pond. That hatched the beach-on-the-pond idea. We decided to make it a beautiful spot to relax yet keep it functional for their young children. After grading the area, we chose similar stone that matched the house. Then, the real fun began! Stone steps were laid and two stone walls completed the outline of their beach. Soon after, sand was brought in to cover up the Georgia clay that’s abundant in their area.

We decided on using very durable and heavy outdoor furniture that would withstand any weather. What had just been an idea, now became a beautiful outdoor oasis. It is now officially the family’s favorite spot to spend time together.
